Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in Inbound/Outbound Technical Support within an International BPO setting. Proficient in call closure techniques. Excellent communication skills in English. Experience in troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, including those related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Strong ability to resolve customer issues accurately and efficiently. Willingness to work flexible night shifts.
