Job Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to manage inbound calls effectively.
1) Process: Inbound Technical Support Voice Process.
2) Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
3) Salary: Attractive Increment of 10% to 30% on Current CTC.
4) Experience: Minimum 6 Months in International Outbound Process Required.
5) Language Proficiency: Candidates must be fluent in English.
6) Shift: Night Shift Only.
7) Salary Payment: 1st of Every Month.
8) Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Off).
