The Technical Support and Service Technician is integral to ensuring the optimal performance of transcutaneous blood gas monitoring systems and medical respiratory devices. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, territory managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct service and repair on all Sentec and Percussionaire products, including component replacement and repairs.
- Troubleshoot, calibrate, and test medical devices, performing both routine and complex repairs as needed.
- Offer technical support to both internal and external customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and teleconferencing.
- Manage the organization, testing, and updating of medical devices, including the installation and replacement of hardware and software upgrades.
- Record formal customer complaints and incoming communications in the quality management system (QMS) to track and analyze failure trends.
