Join our dynamic team as a Technical Support Associate in the Inbound Voice Process, operating during US shifts. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers experiencing issues with printers, routers, and antivirus software. Your role will involve diagnosing problems and recommending the best technical support plans tailored to customer needs, along with selling relevant software solutions.
We are looking for candidates with 1-2 years of experience in inbound or outbound technical support within an international BPO setting. You should possess strong communication skills in English and demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting various technical issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, emails, Macs, iPhones, and iPads. The ideal candidate must be adept at resolving customer issues accurately and efficiently.
This position requires flexibility to work during night shifts. Salary is negotiable based on your experience and current compensation, along with attractive incentives. Immediate joining is preferred.
