The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Associate / Technical Sales Associate is to effectively manage inbound calls and provide technical assistance. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls related to technical processes.
Shifts and Compensation:
- Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Salary includes a 10% to 30% hike on the current CTC.
- Salary is paid on the 1st of every month.
- Working days are 6 days a week with rotational off days.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound processes.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Ability to close calls and process payments through various gateways.
- Domestic and fresher candidates are not eligible.
