About the job

The primary responsibility of the Technical Support Associate / Technical Sales Associate is to effectively manage inbound calls and provide technical assistance. This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to technical processes.

Shifts and Compensation:

  • Night shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Salary includes a 10% to 30% hike on the current CTC.
  • Salary is paid on the 1st of every month.
  • Working days are 6 days a week with rotational off days.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in international outbound processes.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Ability to close calls and process payments through various gateways.
  • Domestic and fresher candidates are not eligible.
