Join our dynamic Technical Support team at RAVO, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our global dealer network and addressing a wide range of After Sales inquiries. You will be the glue that holds our technical international service organization together, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
Your Responsibilities:
Assist colleagues managing the technical helpdesk, product documentation, and warranty claims processing.
Collaborate with the team in developing and maintaining (online) technical documentation and information.
Support the Warranty Handler in evaluating submitted machine registrations and warranty claims, following established procedures. In the absence of the Warranty Handler, process these claims within the dealer network.
Coordinate with technical specialists to organize the retrieval of parts from dealers following approved warranty requests.
Submit warranty requests to suppliers in collaboration with the Warranty Handler.
Generate reports and analyses using systems like SAP.
Assess the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, balancing customer and commercial interests.
