Requirements:Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of web technologies (APIs, HTTP, browsers, logs, networking). Demonstrated experience in technical support, helpdesk, QA, or technical account management roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and constructive feedback. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, ensuring issues are resolved effectively. Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments; adaptable and eager to learn. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Russian and intermediate to advanced English.

We are currently searching for a Technical Support Engineer who possesses a robust technical background coupled with outstanding communication skills. This pivotal role involves addressing a variety of technical inquiries, troubleshooting platform and integration challenges, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our partners and users. Success in this position hinges on effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, requiring strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical liaison for our integration platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues pertaining to our integration platform.
  • Work collaboratively with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to investigate incidents and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Communicate effectively and constructively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Create and maintain support documentation, workflows, and knowledge base articles.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to processes and tools based on support trends and insights.
