As a Technical Support Engineer, you will report directly to the Support Manager, serving as a vital point of contact for WalkMe’s diverse range of customers throughout their journey, from initial engagement and onboarding to project success and renewals. Your role will be crucial in delivering timely and effective solutions, maintaining our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will actively enhance our knowledge base and contribute to the customer community, fostering an overall positive customer experience.
