Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and mentor an agile team of Solutions Engineers in addressing client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and exploring over 1000 Datadog integrations.
- Facilitate the successful onboarding process for new Solutions Engineers.
- Assist in managing Solutions Engineering queues and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on urgent matters.
- Evaluate and prioritize Solutions Engineering escalations while maintaining communication with customers in Japan.
- Distribute customer requests throughout the day as part of a queue rotation schedule.
- Coordinate demo training and contribute to demo certification efforts.
- Support incident response during outages by communicating with customers and relaying vital information to internal teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for various technologies.
