We are currently seeking a HelpDesk Specialist to join our Serbian office and provide exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and targeted questions to identify issues.
Analyze employee-reported problems to determine the most effective solutions.
Plan, install, configure, and optimize IT infrastructure for optimal availability and performance.
Collaborate closely with our team of system administrators to resolve technical issues.
Oversee the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of internal and office networks.
Provide support for internal infrastructure.
Monitor and manage the software and hardware inventory and oversee hardware operations through a remote access platform.
Ensure regular updates and monitoring of both physical and virtual infrastructure.
Utilize the Datto platform to track system errors and manage rights and branch operations remotely.
Address current technical issues as per the system task tracking.
Set up remote access operations based on specific client requirements.
In the future, manage database-related technical issues.

Working Conditions:
