- Deliver technical support for macOS and iOS devices, including MacBooks, iMacs, and iPhones.
- Install, configure, and maintain Apple devices and associated applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues.
- Facilitate device setup, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Assist with Apple ID, iCloud, MDM, and device enrollment procedures.
