Qualifications
Required Qualifications:- Degree in Technology or completed university studies in Systems/Telecommunications. Experience in: Administration of email platforms (Google Workspace) Management of physical and digital asset inventories Technical information backups Data network support Installation and updating of licensed, open-source, and proprietary software; basic hardening and post-installation checklist Help desk support: ticket management, classification, and resolution; root cause documentation; SLA/OLA compliance End-user technology support: TVs/monitors, laptops/desktops, Wi-Fi repeaters, IP/mobile phones, peripherals Equipment monitoring: health alerts review, antivirus updates, and preventive action execution Required Knowledge: Asset management Windows 10/11, basic knowledge of macOS/Linux; remote access tools (AnyDesk/TeamViewer)
