Desired Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or curriculum design within technical or transit environments.- A Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.- At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional technologies.- Familiarity with technical training programs, especially in the transit sector, and knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2.- Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and InDesign.- Experience facilitating working sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs).
