As a Studio Lead at JETSET Pilates, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience and supporting our team of instructors. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service to clients, whether in person, via email, or over the phone, while fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.You'll be tasked with managing phone inquiries, addressing client questions, responding to emails, and processing sales in alignment with JETSET Pilates' esteemed Standards of Service. This position requires an initial commitment of approximately 3 hours per week for each assigned class. Each course meets once a week for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Schedule (Summer): During summer, we offer multiple two-week camps running from June to August. Summer camp classes take place Monday through Friday for 3 hours each day, with both morning and afternoon sessions available.
