About the Role
As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for producing precise, user-friendly documentation for our software solutions. Collaborating closely with developers, testers, and support engineers, you will transform intricate technical concepts into actionable content for end-users, ranging from detailed procedures and conceptual summaries to PowerShell and API reference materials. A major focus of this role is to develop user guides and PowerShell reference documentation specifically for Veeam Explorers, particularly highlighting database protection workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update documentation for currently supported versions based on feedback from the support team and customers.
- Create user guides that facilitate a deeper understanding of our software products.
- Develop and refine PowerShell reference documentation tailored for Veeam Explorers.
