About the Role
As a Technical Writer at Veeam, your role will involve crafting clear, precise, and user-centric documentation for our software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, testers, and support engineers to transform intricate technical concepts into actionable content for users. This includes developing user guides and PowerShell reference materials, particularly focusing on database protection workflows.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain documentation for currently supported versions and make updates based on feedback from the support team and customers.
- Create user guides, API references, and PowerShell documentation that are clear and accessible for our users.
