Qualifications

You are:Possessing a Bac/Bac pro to Bac +2 level in a scientific field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, etc.). Ideally having 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical production. Knowledgeable in pH adjustment (acidic and basic). Capable of operating under a laminar flow hood while maintaining a sterile environment. Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Proficient in office software (Office Suite). Able to learn and apply appropriate safety measures when handling chemicals. Organized and capable of implementing a pre-established schedule in collaboration with the team leader to maintain daily production timelines. Understanding the requirements of a regulated production environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparation for PMT activities:
Verification of equipment qualifications and operational needs prior to activity commencement as per the established schedule.
Line clearance, organization, and maintenance of the production area in compliance with GMP and internal procedures.
Execution of PMT activities:
Weighing of raw materials necessary for the preparation of culture media and buffers.
Preparing culture and buffer solutions in a controlled atmosphere area (Class D).
Performing sterilizing filtration of preparations.
Ensuring traceability of activities related to the batch record.
Reporting deviations as necessary.
Maintaining the production area.
Monitoring PMT production activities:
Reviewing work instructions and post-activity reviews.
Data compilation and participation in technical investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.

This position involves working in shifts (morning/afternoon) and is located in Martillac (33), available as a permanent contract (35 hours/week) as soon as possible.
