The Technology Audit Manager will join the Finance & IT Compliance team in San Jose, California. This role leads technology SOX compliance efforts and works closely with Engineering, Security, Product, and Finance teams to design and implement scalable, high-quality controls. The environment is fast-evolving, requiring the ability to adapt controls for a changing engineering landscape.

What you will do

  • Oversee internal controls for enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement controls-by-design for system upgrades and business process changes.
  • Modernize the IT SOX program by introducing AI-driven automation and continuous auditing to improve accuracy, coverage, and efficiency.
  • Work at the intersection of audit, technology, and automation to ensure compliance aligns with Roku’s growth.
