Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (such as computer science or electrical engineering) or in finance or economics; international study programs and prior internship experiences are advantageous. Demonstrated strong quantitative abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a capacity for rapid learning. Must be able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while exhibiting initiative and drive. A keen interest in the technology sector. Fluency in both English and German is essential. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Assist in active M&A transactions. Collaborating with our dedicated team in Vienna, which includes one partner, one VP, and one associate, you will aid in crafting Information Memoranda for clients, undertake thorough industry and company research, and facilitate transaction processes.
Source M&A opportunities. You will play an integral role in identifying and reaching out to potential Acuity clients via dynamic outbound campaigns, working closely with our London team. Additionally, you will contribute to sales pitches aimed at acquiring new transaction opportunities.
