The Technology Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of internal projects. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to quality standards and software development life cycle (SDLC) protocols. You will oversee issue management, risk assessment, and project change requests to guarantee the timely and successful delivery of projects. This position will also play a key role in process enhancement initiatives aimed at refining project outcomes, ensuring each project meets quality deliverables within the agreed timeframes and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technological research aligned with organizational objectives, strategies, and user needs.
- Coordinate project completion by aligning resources and timelines across technology and business units.
- Deliver direct training to users on the various technology tools available, both onsite and during events.
- Propose IT strategies, policies, and procedures by analyzing organizational results; identifying challenges; assessing trends; and forecasting needs.
- Collaborate effectively with all segments of the technology team (including Project Managers, Quality Assurance, Developers, Support, Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, and senior management) to ensure project execution aligns with the technology leadership's vision.
- Contribute to team success by achieving related outcomes as necessary.
