Qualifications
Your Responsibilities Comprehensive processing and coordination of tenders. Compilation and content-based as well as calculative development of proposal documents (employee profiles, company references, etc., according to customer-specific criteria) while adhering to formal requirements. Analysis of evaluation criteria, assessment of opportunities in tenders, and complex customer requirements. Review of various tender portals, examination of tender documents, documentation management, and database maintenance. Coordination and steering of departmental contributions, while acting as a communicative interface – also in collaboration with other members of a potential bidding consortium. What We Expect From You A commercial training background or comparable qualifications, preferably paired with a completed degree in business administration. Basic IT understanding to identify relationships and requirements in IT tenders and project proposals. Ideally, some experience with public procurement processes (especially EU-wide tenders, procurement platforms) as well as foundational knowledge in procurement law. Team-oriented, flexible, self-initiated, persuasive, and possess strong communication skills.
