Qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for the installation and removal of mezzanine and tent structures, along with other field and warehouse tasks. Construct, install, and dismantle various styles of stages, floors, and tent structures. Ensure complete client satisfaction concerning service quality and final products within the scheduled timelines. Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of safety equipment. Handle the loading and unloading of materials from trucks to installation sites. Engage respectfully with diverse team members, leaders, and clients. Maintain company safety standards and ensure compliance. Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and materials. Perform additional duties as assigned. RequirementsTravel: Frequent travel throughout the United States. Compensation:Hourly rate based on experience. Overtime opportunities available. InProduction covers hotels and per diem. Required Education:High school diploma or equivalent. Certificates from trade schools and apprenticeships are preferred. Experience:Preferred 2 years of experience in tent and mezzanine structure installation. Experience with Hoecker, Roder, Losberger, or Velderman products is advantageous. A valid U. S. driver's license is preferred.
