About the Role: We are seeking passionate frontline sales professionals to join our distinguished biopharmaceutical sales team. This team is committed to improving patient outcomes, particularly in eye care. The Territory Leader will focus on educating on disease states and driving the successful launch and growth of XDEMVY. This position demands high standards in ongoing launches and is pivotal in promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and ownership of outcomes. The ideal candidate will excel in account management, sales execution, and resource optimization while fostering strong relationships with key eye care customers. This role presents a unique opportunity to significantly impact the growth and success of Tarsus. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, operates with precision, and pursues excellence relentlessly.

 

Geographical Requirements: Candidates must reside in Livermore, Danville, Stockton, or Turlock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of eye care clinical information, including anatomy, disease states, products, XDEMVY, and office treatment protocols.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in sales skills and account development, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize effective pull-through strategies while understanding managed care challenges.
  • Comprehend the various functions within an ophthalmology/optometry practice and their influence on product prescribing.
  • Leverage managed care opportunities within the territory while providing crucial feedback that impacts regional and national efforts.
  • Identify key opinion leaders within the geographic area and engage them with Tarsus leadership.
