Position Summary

We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager (referred to as Area Directors at N2) to launch, develop, and oversee a BeLocal publication in your community. If offered the role, you would function as a local publisher by driving revenue growth, forming partnerships with business owners, and curating a magazine that showcases the essence of your locality.

In the initial months, your focus will be on establishing your territory and building a clientele. From there, you will have the opportunity to grow a business asset that you will own.

This hybrid position combines in-person community engagement with remote work from your home office.

  • Foster meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model.
  • Connect local businesses with their target customers through your publication.
  • Engage with homeowners to gather authentic, community-driven content.
  • Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations.
  • Collaborate with N2’s national team for design, production, training, and continuing support.
  • Lead your publication’s growth as the representative of Stroll in your area.
