Key Responsibilities
As a Territory Sales & Service Representative at Tower Water, you'll harness your professional nature and process-oriented mindset to excel in the following responsibilities:
- Conduct routine service visits to client sites to:
- Test water quality and adjust treatment programs as necessary
- Manage chemical inventory and place product orders
- Communicate service results and recommendations directly to clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the territory
- Maintain accurate service records and submit reports using company software
- Adhere to all company protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Travel daily within the designated territory (Massachusetts & Northern Connecticut)
