We are excited to announce the opening of a Test Manager for Document Management Systems role to strengthen our team based in Lausanne. This position is part of a digital transformation program aimed at modernizing information systems and documentation processes, with a specific focus on the production and management of high-value business and regulatory documents.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all testing activities related to document management and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Define and evolve the testing strategy, incorporating major projects, adaptive maintenance, and cross-cutting initiatives.
Design and oversee test plans, campaigns, and validation criteria (input/output, risks, coverage).
Manage and coordinate a team of testers by distributing tasks based on priorities and workloads.
Collaborate closely with project, development, and business teams to ensure testing coherence.
Monitor performance indicators (progress, quality, anomalies) and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Participate in the management of the anomaly lifecycle and ensure effective resolution.
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices, tools, and methodologies.
