We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Test Technician to join our Future Customer Experiences team. As a Test Technician, you will be instrumental in ensuring that systems are correctly configured, validated, documented, and prepared for deployment.

Your Responsibilities:
Lab and System Support
- Set up and maintain lab systems, including equipment installation, system relocations, wiring, and basic network upkeep.
- Assist in the maintenance of isolated R&D test networks for System Integration Testing.
- Manage test endpoints and update firmware, drivers, and software across designated databases and systems.
- Ensure lab cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness.
Testing and Validation
- Conduct structured testing on videoconferencing solutions and customer experience technologies.
- Perform IPC-A-6x0 evaluations as needed.
- Execute subsystem qualifications according to established procedures.
- Validate system performance after testing.
- Ensure the correct configurations are utilized for each test cycle.
- Confirm accurate PASS/FAIL results with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct initial triage and basic troubleshooting for any failures.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain and update the Results repository with accurate and timely information.
- Document test results, compile reports, and provide clear feedback regarding product issues.
- Log defects in bug tracking systems such as Sudden Impact or Jira.
- Support and maintain automated test setups as needed.
- Ensure all documentation accurately reflects configurations and validated outcomes.
