Role Overview
As the TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager, you will spearhead the affiliate ecosystem with a focus on driving sales through an analytical and buyer-centric approach. Your main responsibilities will include the recruitment, management, and optimization of affiliates and creators who can effectively contribute to our GMV targets. A comprehensive understanding of TikTok Shop mechanics, affiliate attribution, and performance-driven partnerships is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliates with a strong emphasis on driving GMV.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-performing creators and affiliate partners.
- Monitor and assess affiliate performance, GMV contributions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Launch and refine affiliate campaigns and incentive programs.
- Collaborate closely with media buyers and creative teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication through Discord, Telegram, Slack, and internal channels.
- Identify and scale successful affiliate strategies across various regions, with a focus on the EU.
- Coordinate product seeding, promotional offers, and commission structures.
