We are seeking a passionate Tool Technician (Mechanic) for our rental facility in Denver, CO. If you're eager to grow alongside us, bring enthusiasm and commitment to your role, and provide maintenance and repair services for a variety of tools and small equipment, then we want to hear from you! This position offers the chance to work with the latest equipment in the industry.

Salary range: $17-$38. Compensation will be determined based on experience and location.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime pay after 40 hours. This role may include on-call scheduling with additional compensation.

Key Responsibilities

In the role of Tool Technician, you will leverage technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track machine service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues quickly using data from hundreds of makes and models. With real-time information, you can swiftly determine the root cause and corrective actions for each problem, allowing you to work smarter, not harder.

  • Adhere to safe job practices while repairing equipment.
  • Comfortably utilize technology (laptops, tablets, and mobile devices).
  • Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance on various rental and customer equipment and tools (including pneumatic tools, material lifts, chain hoists, core drills, welders, pipe threaders, small engines) under the guidance of senior technicians while exercising independent judgment.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • Familiarity with OSHA requirements is preferred.
  • Participate in year-round company-provided OEM training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
