THE ROLE

We are in search of enthusiastic students or recent graduates eager to immerse themselves in the vibrant world of RV and campervan rentals at our Manchester Depot located in Stockport. As a Tourism & Operations Intern, you will represent our brand, warmly welcoming guests, facilitating their unforgettable journeys, and ensuring their experiences are as memorable as possible.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Front-office activities:

Customer Service and Sales: Manage check-ins and check-outs, register guests, process payments, explain campervan features, terms, and conditions, and upsell additional road trip enhancements.

Back-office activities:

Operations Handling: Coordinate reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers, and gather road trip kits and extras.
Quality Control: Ensure campervans are maintained in excellent condition, identifying and addressing maintenance or repair needs.
Support Activities: Assist the team in managing existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational challenges.
