THE ROLE
We are seeking enthusiastic students or recent graduates eager to immerse themselves in the dynamic world of RV and campervan rentals and gain practical tourism experience at our Madrid Depot.
As a Tourism & Operations Intern, you will embody our brand's hospitality by welcoming guests, assisting them in preparing for their adventures, and ensuring their journeys conclude as splendidly as they began. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Front-office activities:
- Customer service and sales: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle registrations, process payments, explain campervan functionalities, and upsell additional road trip services.
Back-office activities:
- Operations handling: Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare vehicles, and organize road trip kits.
- Quality control: Ensure campervans are maintained in excellent condition, identifying and addressing maintenance needs as they arise.
- Support activities: Assist the team in monitoring stock levels, coordinating the fleet, and troubleshooting operational issues.
