Scope of the Role
This position is crucial for ensuring that every pixel, data layer, event, and experiment functions flawlessly across diverse brands and platforms. Ideal for a technical marketer or CRO engineer with a passion for precision, clean data, and operational excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Tracking & Implementation: Deploy and maintain tracking pixels on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and Blotout. Manage GTM containers, event triggers, and data layers. Conduct QA and validation of event firing across landing pages and checkouts. Troubleshoot discrepancies between analytics and ad platforms. Automate alerts for key tracking events.

- Shopify & Integration Work: Update product and catalog IDs, manage metafields, and configure applications. Execute basic Liquid or script edits to uphold tracking accuracy. Integrate Shopify data flows with analytics and tracking systems.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Establish uptime and pixel health monitoring using scripts or tools (e.g., UptimeRobot, Pingdom). Set up real-time notifications for errors affecting conversions. Support performance optimisation through caching or CDN configurations.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in tracking, marketing technology, CRO, or related fields.
- Proficient in GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and Blotout.
- Knowledgeable in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Shopify for app setup and data accuracy.
