Capco seeks experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers for its Financial Crime, Risk, Regulation & Finance Transformation (FRRF) practice. Based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with a hybrid work model, this permanent position centers on trade and transaction reporting transformation for financial institutions. The team supports clients as they navigate complex regulatory frameworks, including EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, and CFTC, helping to strengthen transparency, operational control, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of global reporting change projects.
Translate regulatory requirements into clear business, functional, and data specifications.
Work closely with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and external vendors to build and refine control frameworks.
Support implementation efforts across multiple reporting regimes, such as EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, MAS, and others.
Oversee governance processes, ensuring traceability, data lineage, and effective remediation where needed.
