Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Trade Desk Support Engineer to join our IT department, responsible for providing L1 to L3 support for service requests and incidents. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service and production support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and alert critical trading system environments
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues
- Develop tools to enhance efficiency, stability, and automation through scripting
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues
- Manage production deployments of all infrastructure components
