Trade Flow Support Specialist - Trading Application Support

Position Overview: Ensure the global trading platform is fully operational before and after trading hours. Monitor and provide support for the entire transaction flow across the trading platform. Rapidly identify, analyze, and resolve alerts and issues, or escalate them to minimize trading disruptions and prevent outages. Manage incidents by creating and dispatching reports in accordance with established procedures. Engage intensively with the trading community, back office operations, brokers, exchanges, and development and infrastructure teams. Assist with scheduled changes, including application deployments, network implementations, and server maintenance. Oversee automated processes, scheduled jobs, and routine reporting. Handle user requests by tracking their status, reviewing approvals, updates, resolutions, and closures. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies such as repetitive tasks, manual processes, and suboptimal tools/workflows, driving continuous improvements through automation and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
