How You Can Make a Difference:Possess a successful higher education degree (preferably a Master's) in a technical field (e.g., engineering, packaging technology, etc.). Ideally, you have completed at least one internship (or equivalent) in a manufacturing environment with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards during your studies. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with strong competencies in teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, integrity, and professional maturity. Ambitious and eager to develop into a leadership role. As this is a graduate program, you should ideally have no more than initial practical experience post-graduation. Fluency in both German and English is essential, as AbbVie operates in an international, English-speaking environment.

The Technical Development Program (TDP) is a local leadership development initiative at our Ludwigshafen location. This trainee program is designed to cultivate your leadership potential for AbbVie Operations. Over the course of three years, you will have the opportunity to explore various functions within AbbVie Operations, develop exceptional functional and leadership skills, and engage in a multitude of projects while connecting with diverse leaders. Prove your expertise and join our team at our Ludwigshafen location as soon as possible.

Upon completing the TDP, you will possess a wealth of experience, technical skills, and the confidence to make a significant contribution to our patients.

  • Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing (e.g., packaging, bulk manufacturing), engineering, quality assurance, operational excellence, technical operations, and/or supply chain.
