Educational Requirement:Bachelor's DegreeWork Experience:2 to 4 years of relevant experience in US/UK banking operations and training within a call center or shared services environment. Experience in financial areas such as mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, or payouts is essential. Note: Experience in insurance or payroll is not considered relevant.
