The Role
In this pivotal role, under the guidance of the Planning Manager, you will oversee the planning and monitoring of the training schedules for airline pilot students at our training center.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate flight schedules involving aircraft, simulators, training rooms, students, and instructors.
Handle administrative tasks related to exams, including registration and file tracking in partnership with the civil aviation authority.
Manage administrative agreements for the integration of new students.
Oversee customer payment processes, including weekly reviews of accounts, follow-ups, and reminders.
