We invite applications for the role of Manager in Transaction Advisory, with a focus on financial due diligence. In this managerial position, you will play an essential role in overseeing project management tasks throughout the financial due diligence process.
The manager position is available in any of the following US office locations (Boston, MA; New York, NY; Whippany, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Irvine, CA; Chicago, IL; Tysons Corner, VA; Houston, TX; Buffalo, NY or remotely).

How You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Managing multiple work streams concurrently
- Coordinating financial due diligence engagements
- Collaborating with client management to identify diligence focus areas and provide real-time communications regarding issues and deal considerations
- Participating in discussions surrounding business performance and forecasting assumptions with senior team management
- Identifying and analyzing target financial data to assess valuation and contractual matters relevant to evaluating quality of earnings, normalized working capital, and items impacting future cash flows
- Drafting reports outlining our findings and recommendations concerning key financial and business issues in a transaction
- Recognizing integration, separation, and post-transaction transition challenges
- Collaborating with team members and contributing to a culture of excellence
