Position Overview
As a Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Teacher at Rocketship, you will be a subject matter expert in either Humanities or STEM education. Our schools are supported by leadership that provides consistent coaching and immediate feedback, fostering an environment where teachers can continuously enhance their skills. We believe in the reciprocal investment of time and energy, as our teachers dedicate themselves to their students’ journeys, and we in turn prioritize their professional development through collaboration, growth opportunities, and performance-based compensation tied to student progress and instructional excellence.

This position reports directly to the Principal or Assistant Principal.
