Job Title: Travel Agent (Amadeus Specialist)

We are currently looking for a talented and meticulous Travel Agent specializing in Amadeus reservation management. This position is perfect for individuals who possess a deep understanding of travel logistics and are committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage travel bookings for individuals and groups utilizing the Amadeus system.
- Prepare and issue group contract tickets through Amadeus.
- Accurately interpret and apply fare rules to ensure correct pricing.
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors via email and phone in English.
- Maintain meticulous records of bookings, itineraries, and travel documents using MS Excel.
- Assist clients with international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Provide clients with support and guidance on travel policies, fares, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a Travel Agent with a strong emphasis on the Amadeus system.
- Proven expertise in managing both international and domestic group bookings.
- Comprehensive knowledge of fare structures and rules within Amadeus.
- Fluency in Spanish is a significant plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and utilize time effectively.
- A genuine passion for travel and assisting clients in crafting memorable experiences.
