This position centers on maintaining and repairing a broad range of heavy equipment and aerial lifts. Working with a modern fleet, technicians help support contractors and local communities by combining hands-on skills with technology and real-time service. Main responsibilities Repair equipment while following safe job practices at all times. Use laptops and tablets to manage work orders, monitor service intervals, and order necessary parts. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on both rental and customer-owned equipment, applying independent judgment. Identify root causes and corrective actions quickly, using data from various makes and models. Requirements Willingness to learn and grow as part of the team. Interest in working with heavy equipment and technology. Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently. Compensation and schedule Pay: $24–$30 per hour, based on experience and location. Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week. Some on-call scheduling may be required, with additional compensation.
