Join our team as a Travel Nurse Clinical Instructor!
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to travel up to 100% of the time across various locations in the United States during clinical rotations. This role is not confined to a specific state, and assignments may be located in any of the Nightingale Supervised On-Ground Field Experience (SOFE) areas. Our academic year consists of three semesters, each lasting approximately 16 weeks, with clinical rotations occurring for at least 11 weeks.
Travel and lodging accommodations will be fully provided by Nightingale College.
The starting salary for this position is set at $93,500. Nightingale College employs a faculty ladder with five levels to determine salary and title within Nursing Education: Instructor, Assistant Professor I, Assistant Professor II, Associate Professor, and Professor. Your placement on this ladder will be determined based on your degree level and years of experience in nursing academia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate on-ground education at various clinical, simulation, and skills lab sites across the U. S.
- Teach and evaluate students in our Practical Nursing, Baccalaureate, and Master’s Degree Nursing Programs.
- Engage and maintain open communication with students throughout their educational journey, monitoring attendance, performance, comprehension, and evaluation in line with course outcomes.
