We seek a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of construction experience to lead our teams and ensure project excellence.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee all on-site construction activities for ground-up retail and restaurant projects.
- Act as the primary liaison between developers, clients, government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Understand and enforce compliance with company safety protocols.
- Develop, update, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor construction activities to guarantee adherence to plans and specifications.
- Exceed quality standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Communicate workforce requirements proactively to subcontractors.
- Utilize Procore Construction Management Software for project reporting from inception to completion.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Be prepared for extended travel as necessary.
