ABOUT THE ROLE
The Treasury Operations Associate is vital to the daily execution and expansion of our treasury operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can offer immediate operational support to our lean treasury team while laying the groundwork for scalable and automated treasury processes.
You'll collaborate closely with senior treasury and finance leaders on cash management, reporting, controls documentation, and the launch of new financial initiatives. The perfect candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, adeptly balancing routine operational tasks with special projects, and is enthusiastic about owning key treasury workflows as our business evolves.
Responsibilities include:
Oversee daily administrative tasks, including onboarding new processes, vendors, or systems to alleviate current team workloads.
Manage and execute regular reporting for equity issuances, Bitcoin purchases, cash allocations, and other emerging activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in the testing and implementation of new financial initiatives or products as directed by leadership.
