Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated UI/UX Product Designer to spearhead our design initiatives and oversee the entire user experience across our suite of products. As our inaugural design hire, you will be instrumental in shaping our user experience strategy, driving design thinking, and executing innovative product initiatives that will bring state-of-the-art technology to the defense sector. Collaborating closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams, you will have the unique opportunity to influence both our user interface and our brand identity within a dynamic, mission-driven startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and direct the UX and UI strategy for our organization, defining the design vision and best practices.
