Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Product Designer who will be instrumental in crafting user-focused solutions for our cutting-edge autonomous surface vessels and their associated systems. This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, operations, and Department of Defense stakeholders, to develop designs that are not only functional but also visually captivating.

From conceptualization to the final product stages, you will ensure the design vision meets both user expectations and technical specifications. This position is perfect for an adaptable designer who excels in a dynamic work environment and is driven by a passion for impactful, high-technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Influence the overall product design strategy and decision-making process.
Take charge of the entire design lifecycle, including research, ideation, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
Utilize storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders throughout the design process.
Contribute to the development of seamless end-to-end experiences for essential operator tasks.
