We are currently seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to join our Civil Group team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all field crew members, including foremen, carpenters, laborers, and project operations.
- Create a project site logistics plan and collaborate with the project manager to establish construction methods and sequencing. Direct, coordinate, and budget project activities.
- Foster positive working relationships with owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to company safety standards, possessing a strong understanding of OSHA regulations.
- Ability to read blueprints and possess extensive knowledge of various DOT specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers of tools and materials to resolve construction challenges and enhance construction methods.
