Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Lead Unity Engineer to spearhead exciting new business initiatives! Unlock your potential at Limit Break as we embark on an innovative process to develop cutting-edge mid-core 3D mobile games from concept to realization.
Initially, you will collaborate closely with a small yet dynamic team to create and refine game prototypes, working alongside management stakeholders to drive the project forward. As the project gains momentum, you'll collaborate with leads and directors across various fields, playing a key role in scaling the team from pre-production to full production.

Responsibilities
● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.

● Lead the design and implementation of new Unity 3D game projects from early prototype stages to productization.
● Collaborate closely with design leads and other team members to achieve rapid iterations on game prototypes.
● Work with various teams including design, art, production, and engineering to clarify focus areas and find effective solutions at each development stage.
● Effectively prioritize tasks while managing diverse responsibilities to facilitate smooth project and team progress.
● Improve and enhance game development processes, pipelines, and best practices.
● Conduct code and architecture reviews to maintain high standards.
● Explore and integrate new technologies and techniques to increase workflow efficiency and safety.
