Your Responsibilities:

Provide interpretation services for clients accessing legal, health, and local government services.
Ensure non-English speakers comprehend the information after each sentence.
Engage in conference, consecutive, and public service interpreting.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Facilitate communication between service users and providers.

Qualifications:

Fluency in English and one other language.
Eligibility to work in the UK is required for all applicants.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Preferred qualifications include:

Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (DPSI)
Community Interpreting certification
Registration with NRPSI, CIOL, or ITI is advantageous
Degree in Translation, Interpreting, or Languages
